Block
The block feature restricts access to the pump programming. This
is an important safety feature if the pump users are young children
or disabled individuals whose parents, guardians or caretakers are
required to maintain complete control of the pump operation.
The Suspend and Easy Bolus can be administered by using the
remote control.
Setting up block
Your pump is programmed at the factory with this feature OFF.
With block ON, the only features that are available are suspend,
block, selftest or the use of the remote control. You can still view
the Status, History, Basal Review, and the Daily Totals screens. Dis-
cuss what uses and settings are best for you with your healthcare
professional.
Vibrate mode is disabled when the block is ON.
1. From the HOME screen, press ACT. Press the button to
select Utilities. Press ACT.
